Promote teacher leadership and teacher-to-teacher collaboration to model and share best practices of technology integration. It is so important to foster the initiative and risk-taking by teachers in regards to technology integrations. Encourage teachers to share best practices during professional development, common planning time, open houses, and district or school showcases. By highlighting the great work educators, others will be motivated to take risks as well.
One way to share and learn about best practices amongst faculty members or with educators across the globe is to join Twitter.
